feat(obsidian): install Obsidian as the desktop note-taking vault

Browse Source 
Add a standalone modules.desktop.obsidian module and enable it on
neogaia. Give it a waybar window-rewrite icon so its windows show a
recognisable glyph on the workspace indicator.
