Pi currently checks ~/.pi/agent/bin before PATH. Generic Linux binaries downloaded there can fail on NixOS with the stub-ld error, so this repo carries modules/agents/pi/patches/pi-tool-lookup-validation.patch to validate local tool binaries before Pi selects them.\n\nInvestigate whether a cleaner configuration exists. Options to validate:\n\n- Configure Pi to skip downloaded local tool binaries, if supported.\n- Manage or clean ~/.pi/agent/bin through Home Manager without fighting Pi updates.\n- Symlink ~/.pi/agent/bin, or individual tools inside it, to usable binaries from PATH.\n- Upstream the validation behavior so the local patch can be dropped.\n\nCheck how Pi creates, writes, and updates ~/.pi/agent/bin before changing the current patch-based approach.\n\n— Pi
