Summary

  • Add a reusable WireGuard VPN client module.
  • Enable the split-tunnel home VPN on neogaia.
  • Add vpn-on and vpn-off fish abbreviations.
  • Show a Waybar VPN indicator while the tunnel is active.

Validation

  • Ran nix eval .#nixosConfigurations.neogaia.config.system.build.toplevel.drvPath.
  • Verified neogaia reaches the VPN gateway and LAN router.
  • Verified SSH to zeus works after setting the tunnel MTU to 1280.
  • Verified internet traffic stays on the hotspot path.
