Summary

  • Define the repo as a Bazel module.
  • Add rules_rust and a NixOS-compatible Rust toolchain adapter.
  • Add the initial machoke Rust package.
  • Add NixOS modules for Bazel, Rust tools, and monorepo development tooling.
  • Enable the monorepo development tooling on neogaia.

Validation

  • nix flake metadata --no-write-lock-file
  • nix eval .#nixosConfigurations.neogaia.config.modules.monorepo.enable --no-write-lock-file
  • nix shell nixpkgs#bazel nixpkgs#cargo nixpkgs#clippy nixpkgs#gcc nixpkgs#rustc nixpkgs#rustfmt -c bash -lc 'bazel build //src/machoke:machoke && bazel run //src/machoke:machoke'
