Summary

  • add a std-only Rust package scaffold
  • generate Bazel, Cargo, library, binary, and test files
  • update the root Cargo workspace after generated files succeed

Tests

  • cargo fmt --package scaffolding -- --check
  • cargo test --package scaffolding
  • bazel test //tools/scaffolding:rust_test
  • bazel run //tools/scaffolding:rust_cli -- --help
