Summary

  • Adds one Cargo dependency graph at the repository root.
  • Adds a repeatable Bazel target for local crate vendoring.
  • Keeps dependency declarations beside each Rust project.
  • Provides generated Bazel files for the current empty dependency graph.

Validation

  • cargo test --workspace
  • cargo fmt --all -- --check
  • bazel mod tidy
  • bazel build //src/machoke:all
  • bazel run //src/machoke:machoke
