Summary

  • Move Pi runtime resources from the NixOS dotfiles module into project-local .pi/ directories.
  • Use Pi-native skill activation directories while keeping skill sources under src/skills/ and project-owned skills/ folders.
  • Vendor the Herdr Pi integration under .pi/extensions/ and leave shell modules responsible for installing Pi, Herdr, gitea-axi, and Pi package patches.
  • Merge global agent instructions into the monorepo AGENTS.md and remove the Home Manager-managed global agent context module.
  • Remove the legacy global skills bridge, the external skills flake input, and the Claude Code Home Manager customization.
  • Move the remaining Pi and gitea-axi NixOS modules under configs/nixos/modules/shell/.
