• move root flake app and formatter wiring from src/dotfiles to src/flake
• keep src/dotfiles focused on NixOS and dotfiles configuration outputs
• update the Nix style rule to point root flake output implementation at src/flake
• exclude vendored Nix files and Xatu fixtures from nix run .#fix tooling

Validation

• nix flake show --all-systems --no-write-lock-file
• nix run .#fix
