Summary

  • Add xatu --debug to dump existing ParsedFile output as deterministic JSON without lint diagnostics.
  • Serialize lowered nodes, tokens, file IDs, and parse errors.
  • Add black-box CLI tests using the unchanged Nix fixtures and checked-in expected JSON.
  • Document debug behavior and output regeneration.

This PR contains no scope-graph construction or fixture reordering.
It replaces the debug-output portion of #91.

Validation

  • bazel test //src/xatu:all — all three targets pass.
  • cargo clippy -p xatu -- -D warnings — passes.

Fresh-worktree testing required restoring ignored, untracked rustversion-1.0.23/build/ files from the original checkout.
AGENTS.md records this existing repository limitation; this PR does not change vendor files.
