Summary

  • move shared project agent state to .agents with Claude compatibility symlinks
  • add shared global agent context that feeds both Claude Code and Pi
  • make Pi settings, skills, prompts, and extensions declarative through Home Manager
  • deliver the project-local gitea-axi skill through the dev shell without hiding it from Pi discovery
  • update the skills flake input so Pi receives the shell-hook fix and shared global skills
