• add replicated registry collection, module-native registry definitions, and registry validation hooks
• migrate stable service UID allocations to registry.stable-uid
• remove the legacy service identity helper, exports, and flake check

Verification

• nix flake check
• focused eval of collected registry.stable-uid
• focused eval of Pikachu Copyparty guest service UID
• temporary evals for idempotent duplicate, conflicting service UID, and duplicate UID rejection
