Summary

move flake assembly out of lib/ and remove the public lib flake output
split flake assembly into host, guest, module, and registry concept files
keep reusable project helpers in lib/ and pass them to modules as util
assemble guest modules centrally instead of importing flake.mkGuest from each guest file
narrow the registry assembly output to entry types, the declaration module, and collected data
document the local Nix conventions introduced by the refactor

Validation

nix flake check --no-build --option eval-cache true
pikachu switched successfully from this branch
