Summary

move grill context, ADR, spec, and task artifacts to the XDG Documents AI artifact store
point wiki and consume at the artifact store while retaining target AGENTS.md as consume's push channel
add direnv-backed project skills for gitea-axi and benchmark-skill

nix flake check
nix develop exposes Python, the gitea-axi CLI, and both project skills
direnv exec . loads the same tools and skills
