  • Adapt Grill and Consume to the flat, globally numbered AI artifacts convention.
  • Add Research and Prototype skills based closely on Matt Pocock's workflows, with results captured in the AI artifacts vault.
  • Add a user-invoked Wayfinder skill with artifact-backed maps, tickets, claims, blocking, Frontiers, and resolutions.
  • Preserve agent-neutral skill invocation and project prose conventions.
